What do I get with the Explorer plan?
The Explorer plan gives you access to the first module in every domain across all four certifications (CRISC, CISM, CISSP, Security+), plus 10 sample practice questions. It's a real preview of our teaching style and exam-thinking methodology — enough to decide if TheCertCoach is right for you.
How long does my Single Certification access last?
Single Certification purchases include 6 months of full access to your chosen cert track. That's more than enough time for most professionals to complete all modules, take practice exams, and sit for the real exam. If you need more time, you can renew or upgrade to All Access.
Can I switch certifications on the One Track plan?
The One Track plan is tied to a single certification. If you finish your cert and want to start another, you can purchase an additional track or upgrade to Every Cert for access to all four. Progress on your completed cert carries over either way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel my All Access subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. Your progress and exam history are always saved, even after cancellation.
Are the practice questions from actual exams?
No. Every question is original, written to mirror the style, difficulty, and reasoning patterns of the actual exam. They are not sourced from ISACA, ISC2, or CompTIA. Our goal is to teach you how to think through exam scenarios, not to memorize leaked questions.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Is there a team or group pricing option?
